Water-to-water heat pump

Groundwater is an excellent heat source. The temperature range is very high (+7 to +12 °C) and remains relatively constant throughout the year, so maximum efficiency can be achieved even at the lowest outdoor temperatures.

To use groundwater, a supply well and a recirculation well are required. The groundwater reaches the heat pump through the supply well, and the recirculation well feeds the water used for heating back into the flow direction.

You can use the heat pump not only for heating, but also for cooling. Cooling is provided by the “heating system”. The heat extracted from the room is transferred to the groundwater via the heat pump.
