NESS - WEH/WEV termal oil heater 160 - 16.000 kW

A WEH és WEV thermal oil plants are used in almost all manufacturing industries. Thermal oil has many compelling properties. For example, the operation of the plant is possible up to a temperature of about 350 ° C almost without pressure and extremely efficient.

We supply two designs: the WEH type is horizontal, the WEV type is vertical. Depending on the conditions (installation area), one or the other design is suitable. All products are thermodynamically optimized.

Both designs are thermodynamically and structurally very similar and can be quickly assembled as a ready-made unit.

Adding a combustion air preheater to a NESS thermal oil heater is an excellent way to gain sustainability in your operation. The preheater captures the energy from hot fl ue gases at the output of the heater to save on fuel and energy costs and dramatically reduces CO₂ emissions from the heating system.

Higher outputs are often required in complex systems with multiple consumers. In this case, it is reasonable to look closely at the whole system in its entirety and to operate multiple heaters, if this is necessary.

■ Temperature range: depending on the application and thermal oil up to 300 °C or 430 °C

■ Power: direct fired heaters in the power range from 160 kW to 16.000 kW

■ Heat transfer medium: mineral oil and synthetic oil

■ Fuel: natural gas, LPG, heating oil, biomass and by-products (gaseous, liquid or solid), special firing systems for special fuels
