ProcessVent

Compact unit for ventilating, heating and cooling with heat recovery from process air

The ProcessVent compact unit is used for heat recovery from process air and for feeding in fresh air in halls with enclosed machine tools or welding systems. The extract air from the extract air purification plant flows through a plate heat exchanger in an oil-tight design and is routed to the outside via a duct; the heat it contains is transferred to the supply air. In addition, a heating/cooling coil is installed for supplemental heating or cooling of the supply air.

The unit and the extract air purification plant together form a complete system: the extract air purification plant uses a fan to extract dirty air from machine tools or welding systems. It purifies this process air and passes it through the extract air duct to the ProcessVent unit.

Functions:

■ Heating with connection to hot water supply

■ Cooling with connection to chilled water system

■ Fresh air feed

■ Extract air disposal (air passes through extract air purification plant)

■ Energy recovery from process air

■ Recirculation operation

■ Air filtering
