Melgari MVI - steam boiler 140 - 25.000 kg/h

The steam boiler is ideal for all users who need a constant and continuous steam supply, as the large amount of water in the boiler allows it to satisfy sudden changes in the steam flow within a short time, e.g.: food industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industry, textile industry, fertilizer, petrochemicals (refineries), paper, industrial laundry, beverage production, construction materials, plastic, rubber, wood, etc.

The boiler has been especially designed for the combustion of both liquid and gaseous fuels. In addition to standard fuels (Naturat Gas, DieseL, LPG), our generators can be powered by biogas, bionethane, kerosene or naphtha.

MVI: Three pass reverse flame smoke tube steam boiler.

Steam production: 140 - 5.000 kg/h, pressure up to 15 bar. The MVI model can be realized for the production of saturated steam, hot water and superheated water.

MV2: Two pass smoke tube steam boiler.

Steam production: 300 - 4.000 kg/h, pressure up to 15 bar. MV2 model can be realized for the production of saturated and superheated steam.

MV3: Three smoke pass steam boiler.

Steam production: 1.000 kg/h - 25.000 kg/h, pressure up to 25 bar. MV3 model can be realized for the production of saturated and superheated steam, hot water and superheated water.

MVB: Low pressure three pass reverse flame smoke tube steam boiler.

Steam production: 140 - 3.000 kg/h, pressure 0,98 bar nyomáson. Upon request, MVB model can be realized for the production of saturated steam, hot water and superheated water.
